A Study on the Quality Evaluation of Overseas Training for Middle School English Teachers

Abstract:

Using questionnaires interviews and classroom observation the quality of the overseas training of middle school English teachers is comprehensively evaluated and the results of the project are found to be effective in improving personal quality implementing the concept of "student-centeredness" prompting professional level and improving student performance. At the same time it also finds problems in the selection mechanism curriculum content radiation guidance and other aspects. Based on this some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward such as optimizing project design strengthening the pertinence and practicality of training course content improving project management methods and assessment mechanism building communication platform and strengthening collaborative quality improvement.
